The garden is beautiful and its paths are surrounded by old stone walls. All over there is a magnificient view of the mountains. The property being situated in an East-West valley, it enjoys sunshine from morning till evening.
There are two swimming pools. Both of them are filled non-stop with warm spring water from the hot springs on the property. These springs give about 1 m³ (220 gallon) per hour and the temperature of the water is constant in winter and summer at 27°C / 80.6°F. In winter, the houses are partly warmed by the hot spring water.
